This week, all major competitions have decided to suspend fixtures in light of the spreading of coronavirus among managers and players.
The earliest footballer to get infected in Europe is from Serie A and Bundesliga through Juventus defender, Daniele Rugani and Hannover defender Timo Hubers.
While major European leagues stopped for a while, Premier League is the last one to do so after Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta became the first one to get infected.
That followed by Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi, thus prompted Premier League to suspend all fixtures until April 4.
Few hours later, UEFA postponed the remaining UEFA Champions League, Round of 16 second leg matches scheduled on 17 and 18 March, as well as all UEFA Europa League, Round of 16 second leg matches scheduled on 19 March.
The UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League quarter-final draws scheduled for 20 March have also been postponed.
Ligue 1 and La Liga have also been suspended.
