Espanyol and China striker Wu Lei contracted positive COVID-19, becoming the latest La Liga player since last week.
According to Marca, Wu Lei is one of five players and one backroom staff member rumoured to be infected by the virus.
The Chinese football federation have since maintained close contact with Wu Lei.
Real Madrid and Valencia were hit by the virus since last week, prompted the postponement of the league.
