PSG train their sights on Juventus youngster

PSG are stepping up their interest in Juventus youngster Dean Huijsen who is attracting the attention of clubs worldwide.

The Dutch-Spaniard defender spent the second half of last season on loan at AS Roma and performed creditably, which impressed various suitors, and Juve now facing tough opposition to keep him at the Allianz Stadium.

While Huijsen is expecting more game time at Juve, the Bianconeri are open to getting him off their books him if a good offer surfaces. A busy summer ahead is expected and they might sign one more defender, which would then limit the game time that Huijsen will get.

PSG are now considering taking him away from Turin, and Calciomercato reveals their sporting director has already contacted the defender’s entourage to explore how this could be facilitated.

Despite being easily one of the best youngsters around, Huijsen might struggle to play under Thiago Motta. With that in mind, selling him is a good solution for everyone involved, a move that he himself may even favor.

This would definitely be better than keeping him on the bench at the Allianz Stadium.
