Erling Haaland, the Manchester City star, has recently been seen driving a stunning new supercar just a month after signing a record-breaking contract with the club.
In January, Haaland secured a remarkable nine-and-a-half-year deal that significantly raised his wages from £400,000 to approximately £865,000 per week. While the contract does not include a release clause, it allows Haaland to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle, and he has already made an impressive purchase. The two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner was spotted leaving training in a striking orange Porsche 911 GT3, valued at over £200,000. The base price for this model starts at £192,000, making it the second most expensive Porsche available, following the 911 S/T.
Motorsport enthusiasts often pay above the asking price for this supercar, which is commonly used on racing circuits like Spa and Silverstone. However, Haaland primarily uses it for commuting from his new multi-million-pound home in Alderley Edge to the Etihad Campus for training. He moved to this affluent area in early January, shortly before his new contract was announced.
Previously residing in an apartment in Manchester city center, where he lived next to teammate Jack Grealish, Haaland and his long-term partner Isabel Haugseng Johansen have settled into their new six-bedroom mansion approximately 30 minutes from the city center.
Isabel, who is also a footballer and works part-time in fashion retail, reportedly met Haaland during his academy days at Bryne. The couple recently welcomed their first child and is now ready to establish their family life together.
Since joining Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, Haaland has made a significant impact on the pitch, scoring an impressive 117 goals in 133 appearances and helping the team secure six major trophies, including two Premier League titles and a Champions League title.
