Lionel Messi breaks another unprecedented record as he celebrates 500th victories with Barcelona after scoring twice in 5-0 win over Leganes to progress to the quarter-final of Copa del Ray.
Barca did not looked like they were struggling after suffering from 2-0 defeat to Valencia in La Liga as they took the lead as early as 4th minute through Antoine Griezmann.
Defender Clement Lenglet scored the second goal in 27 minutes to make it 2-0 until half-time.
Messi added the third goal in 59 minutes, before Arthur Melo scoring the fourth in 77 minutes.
Messi scored the final goal two minutes before the final whistle.

It was the 500th win for Messi in his 710th appearances for Barcelona.
Messi also became the only player to reach the feat with La Liga club, with Sergio Ramos trailing far behind.
