It is nothing new that Mohamed Salah is a character already well loved by his adoring Liverpool fans and the latest tweet of his latest act will only serve to endear him only deeper in the hearts of fans a warm and caring icon.
The Reds forward, long a fan favourite since arriving in 2017 from Roma thanks to his goalscoring achivements and amiable all-round personality. In 144 appearances for Liverpool, the Egyptian with the nimble feet has scored 91 goals and has helped the club win major trophies in the past 12 months.
Salah has also been the recipient of two Golden Boot awards in the Premier League, and is on the verge of helping the club win their first league title since 1990.
And now a viral post that has circulated on social media, which shows the class of the Liverpool forward.
A picture has emerged showing Salah at a Sainsbury’s petrol station, garbed in his Liverpool training kit and gloves and holding what appears to be some disinfectant spray.
The 27-year-old is reported to have happily paid for everyone’s fuel at the station, which is located in the Old Swan area of Liverpool.
For those Liverpool fans who did not already adore Salah, then they certainly will now after this latest act of his generosity.
