Real Madrid are reportedly serious on offloading six of their first-team players in this coming summer transfer window to enable them to fund moves for Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland in one fell swoop.
Los Blancos are allegedly dead keen to sign both Mbappe and Haaland in the upcoming market, with the pair potentially being available for transfer later this year despite the LaLiga giants struggling with the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak and will need to move players on before adding to their squad.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Isco and Marcelo, and obviously Gareth Bale, are all considered surplus to requirements, and the club hope to sell the trio during the summer window.
Allegedly, the report also claims that the Spanish champions are open to offers for Eden Hazard and Raphael Varane, with also the possibility of Sergio Ramos leaving the Bernabeu on a free transfer, which would further boost the club’s wage budget.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo have also both been identified as being strongly linked with moves to the Bernabeu, but allegedly Mbappe and Haaland are viewed by Madrid president Florentino Perez as the priority targets.
