Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær had plenty to smile about following his side’s 3-0 win over Sheffield United – even when his press conference was hit by IT issues.
Anthony Martial became the star of the game as he scored his first ever hat-trick with Man United.
The 24-year-old opened the scoring after just 7 minutes, and doubled United advantage just before the half-time when Martial scored with assist from Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The Frenchman striker completed the hat-trick in the 74th minute after showing an excellent partnership with Marcus Rashford.
Martial became the only player to score a hat-trick for United since Robin van Persie against Aston Villa in 2013, the final season for Sir Alex Ferguson before he retired.
Martial has scored 19 goals in all competitions.
United are now only two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, who are scheduled to play their game in hand against Man City.
