Bayern Munich won the record-breaking eighth consecutive Bundesliga title this season, also becoming their 30th league title in the club history.
This comes after they beat Werder Bremen 1-0 away from home as Robert Lewandowski scored the only goal of the game.
It was a hard-fought triumph after Bayern struggled in the first few months, including the 5-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt that eventually saw head coach Niko Kovac sacked in November.
But ever since Hansi Flick taking over Bayern, they turned their fortune around after the winter break, and remain unbeaten as well as winning their last 11 games in a row.
“It is sensational the kind of football we have played in the past few months,” Flick said.
“You could feel the passion the joy for the game and the team spirit.”
Bayern have the chance to win a treble this season, as they scheduled to meet Bayer Leverkusen in DFB Pokal on July 4, and have also won their Champions League round of 16 first leg 3-0 over Chelsea.
