It’s a bizarre move considering that The Old Lady currently have nine central midfielders including 19-year-old Manolo Portanova and 20-year-old Simone Muratore.
Since Kulusevski will be loaned back to Parma for the remainder of the season, it means there are few players that will leave next season.
So far, Emre Can has only played 7 times while Adrien Rabiot played 12 times this season.
Emre Can is linked to a move to Liverpool rivals, Manchester United while Rabiot is linked with Arsenal and Everton.
