Man City star Erling Haaland would even score with his ‘balls’ if he has to

Apparently Manchester City goal machine Erling Haaland is willing to deploy anything at his disposal to score a goal – even if that means using his private parts!

The Norway international netted twice in City’s blockbuster 8-goal thriller against Pochettino’s Chelsea which ended up in a splendid, nerve-wrecking 4-4 draw. The first goal of his brace came from the penalty spot, followed by Chelsea’s Thiago Silva leveling it 1-1 four minutes later. Pochettino’s side then surged ahead through former Man City ace Raheem Sterling. Manuel Akanji levelled shortly after.

Haaland rose to the occasion again to restore City’s lead after half-time, neatly bundling the ball over the line, before an in-form Nicolas Jackson, obviously still in sizzling form since his hattrick heroics in the match that brought down Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs, made it 3-3.

The Cityzens’ ever-indispensable Rodri then put Guardiola’s side ahead one again before another former Man City player and academy graduate Cole Palmer converted a penalty to finally share the points.

“I have never scored with the balls before. So it’s a milestone,” Haaland cheekily told Viaplay Sports post-match.

The 21-year-old now takes his goal tally to 13 in the Premier League for the season over 12 games, after amassing 49 goals in 47 games in the English top flight and looks all set to smash more records.

Andy Cole scored 50 goals in 65 games since the Premier League was established in 1992 and the Norwegian ace is on course to break that record.

“I don’t think much of it. I’m thinking about winning. We top the table now and it hasn’t been such a bad start to the season after all,” the City star said when asked if he can beat Cole’s record.

City are next in action when they entertain Jurgen Klopp’s revitalized Liverpool in a mouthwatering clash at the Etihad on Saturday, November 25.
