“I decided to leave the club because my mission was, when I came here, I wanted to change the situation. That was the mission, and I couldn’t change the situation and Slutsky left the club,” Honda said.
Thank you for everything to all people of @MijnVitesse Unfortunately it was very short time but I really appreciate it. Look forward to seeing you someday again! pic.twitter.com/LsJuFvqCGB

“I’m feeling the responsibility for that, so I shouldn’t stay here after the winter.”
Slutskiy was Honda’s manager during his time at CSKA Moscow.
The 48-year-old manager had only recently joined Russian club Rubin Kazan last week.
Vitesse is the second Dutch club Honda has player after VVV-Venlo back in 2008.
He is currently a manager for Cambodia national team.
