Bangkok Glass sign Mario Gjurovski from local rival Bangkok United

Bangkok Glass made a big surprise by signing midfielder Mario Gjurovski from local rival Bangkok United, the club announced on Monday.

He has with Bangkok Glass’s club record signing Thitipan Puangchan who was his teammate at Muangthong United in 2012-2015.
“I wanted to join the team a long time ago. I will do my best to earn the support from Bangkok Glass fans,” Gjurovski said on the club’s official website.
Starting his career in prestigious Red Star Belgrade, the Macedonian had experienced various European clubs before plying his trade to Thailand.
In 2012, Gjurovski moved to Muangthong United under Slaviša Jokanović coaching. He helped Muangthong United to win the invincible domestic title in his first season in Thailand.
Despite the four successful seasons at the Kirins, he rejected to renew the contract with the club and moved to Bangkok United in 2016 on a free transfer.
The 32-year-old is regarded as one of the finest players in Thai League with the impressive scoring record of 74 goals from 144 games with Muangthong United and Bangkok United.
