Bangkok United have expressed their design to grab Danish-Filipino goalkeeper Michael Falkesgaard from FC Midtjylland, according to reports from Thailand.
Starting his professional career at Danish club Brøndby IF, he then went on to sign Odense Boldklub in 2015.
However, since the goalkeeper got a serious knee injury after just 4 league matches, Odense Boldklub decided not to offer a contract extension to him.
In July 2017, the 26-year-old signed a two-year contract with Danish topflight-club FC Midtjylland on a free transfer.
Born with a Filipino descent, Falkesgaard is eligible to secure a place in Bangkok United as an ASEAN player, according to the regulation in Thai League 1 since next season.
