Boeung Ket forward Julius Oiboh keen to play in Vietnam

Striker Julius Oiboh is open about a move to Vietnam after ending his contract with Cambodia side Boeung Ket Angkor FC, as reported by Vietnamese site Vnbongda.

“At this time I cannot say anything because my contract with Boeung Ket is still in force. However, I consider playing in Vietnam or Thailand after leaving Cambodia,” Oiboh said in the press conference after the match against V-League side Khanh Hoa in 2017 Toyota Mekong Cup, which ended at the 4-4 draw on Saturday afternoon.

The second leg of the match between Boeung Ket and Khanh Hoa will take place on 13 December at the Olympic Stadium in Cambodia.

The winners will face Lao Toyota FC in the semi-finals at the National Stadium in Vientiane four days later.

The two-leg final will be on 23 December 2017, and 6 January 2018 with the participation of the semi-final winner and defending champions Muangthong United of Thailand.
