Al-Ahli striker Omar Al-soma leaves the pitch angry with his coach Serhiy Rebrov

In the Saudi Pro League game between Al-Ahli and Al-Hilal on Sunday, the Ukrainian coach Sergey Rebrov decided to substitute Omar Al-Suma and replace him with Muhannad Assiri in the 70th minute of the game.

Al-Soma and his fans got angry with Sehiy, and the Syrian striker left the pitch. Before entering the dressing room, he headed to Rebrov while pointing to his head as if he was asking, “What are you thinking?”

The misunderstanding that happened yesterday was the result of accumulated falling-out between Rebrov and Al-Soma.

The argument started after Rebrov’s decision not to put Al-Soma in the formation last week, justifying his decision that the player had just returned from his injury and the needed his striker to be ready for the AFC Champions League.

But the Ukrainian did it again and made Al-Ahli fans launch a whistling boo against the coach.
