Cambodia international Prak Mony Udom could leave Svay Rieng FC for overseas clubs, as revealed by his coach Vandeth Sam.
When asked about the prospect of Mony Udom’s transfer, Vandeth said it would be a good thing for his development.
“It’d be difficult for his family [for him to leave], but Keo Sokpheng and Chan Vathanaka are getting paid a lot,” noted the Cambodian coach, as quoted by the Khmer Times.
According to reports from Cambodia, Mony Udom has been drawn attention from Malaysia and Thailand.
Malaysia Super League has been the promising destination for Cambodian players. After midfielder Thierry Chantha Bin plied his trade to Terengganu, Chan Vathanaka and Keo Sokpheng followed his path to Pahand and PKNP FC respectively.
