Cambodian star Chan Vathanaka completes move to Pahang FA

Malaysian Super League outfit Pahang FA have completed the signing of Cambodian national team ace Chan Vathanaka ahead of the 2018 season.

The deal was announced on Saturday by Vathanaka’s club in Cambodia, Boeung Ket Angkor, who bid farewell to the 23-year-old winger.

“Good luck Chan Vathanaka with Pahang FA,” read a statement in the club’s official Facebook page.

Vathanaka spent his last ten months as a loan player in the J3 J.League side Fujieda MYFC, but failed to earn permanent contract after making just single appearance in the league.

The Cambodian best player 2017 will follow his two international mates, Thierry Chanta Bin and Keo Sokpheng, who already secured a move to MSL by joining Terengganu FA and PKNP FC respectively.
