Bali United have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Kevin Brands from Almere City on Thursday.
The 29-year-old will strenghten Laskar Serdadu Tridadu squad ahead of their AFC Champions Lebut, where they will face Singapore’s Tampines Rovers in the in the preliminary round 1.
Brands has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Indonesia Liga 1 runners-up last season.
“Welcome to Bali United, Kevin Brands! The Dutch midfielder officially joins us after signing two years contract,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
Brands joined Bali United from Dutch second-tier outfit Almere City. He previously played in the Eredivisie for various clubs like AZ Almaar, Willem II and NAC Breda.
In the other hand, Bali United also announced that they extended the contract of their Dutch star last season, Nick van der Velden.
