Man City to sign Ferran Torres

Manchester City are close to sign Valencia winger Ferran Torres for an initial fee of 20.9 million pounds, as a replacement for Leroy Sane.

Torres, 20, scored six goals and registered eight assists for Valencia in all competitions this season as they finished ninth in La Liga.

He also helped his club to win Copa del Ray in 2018/2019 season, while also boasts reputation as one of the future of Spain talents, winning Euro U17 in 2017 and Euro U19 in 2019.

Torres will be seen as a successor to Leroy Sane, who completed a move to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich early this month for 45 million euros.

City completed the Premier League season in second place behind Liverpool, ending their two-year winning spell.

They are still in the Champions League where they lead Real Madrid 2-1 ahead of their last-16 second-leg match in Manchester next week.

With UEFA lifted the ban on City, the club aggressively move in the transfer market in order to bring in new faces and win the Premier League once again.
