Son Heung-min has scored his first goal of the season in his club’s victory against Borussia Dortmund in Group H match at the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
The South Korean midfielder replaced Dele Alli, who has been suspended following a red card in last year’s Europa League.
The 25-year-old took the lead for the London-based with his left foot just four minutes after the kickoff.
This was Son’s first goal of the 2017-18 season and it also ended his four-month goal drought. The star player suffered a broken forearm during South Korea’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Qatar in June and was left out of the Spurs’ preseason tour.
