The Philippines Football League (PFL) is targeting to begin in mid-July, according to this report from aseanfootball.org.
This target was explained by Mariano Nonong Araneta, the President of the Philippine Football Federation. After the easing of restrictions in the country, the PFF are confident than sports could soon return.
Should the league’s safety protocol get approved, PFL teams will aim to restart training on June 15th, and eventually restart the league itself on July 15th.
The league was not given a chance to start after the outbreak of COVID-19, having been originally scheduled for the 21st of March.
