Tottenham have an agreement in principle worth £30m with an unnamed Chinese club for the transfer of Mousa Dembele, according to reports from France.
As reported by French outlet, RMC Sport, the North London club would prefer to sell Dembele, who has just one-year remaining on his contract, over signing him to a new contract extension due to his age.
However, the 31-year-old is reportedly expected to make a decision over his future following his World Cup campaign with Belgium.
On the other hand, there has been speculation that Dembele is targeted by European powerhouses, including Juventus, Napoli, and Inter Milan.
Dembele joined Spurs for £15m from Fulham in 2012 and he went on to make over 230 appearances for the club.
