Tehran giants Esteghlal has signed four new players in the last few days.

Strikers Morteza Aghakhan and Rohollah Bagheri and defenders Mohammad Daneshgar and Farshad Mohammadi Mehr are Esteghlal new signings.
German manager Winfried Schäfer has asked Esteghlal directors to buy his transfer targets before the World cup to have the full squad from first training sessions.
They also are trying to convince Senegalese striker Mame Baba Thiam to extend his contract. Thiam has joined Esteghlal in January and became their star player but he wants better offer to extend his contract next season.
