Ubon UMT United terminate contracts with five players following a string of bad results at Thai League T1.
The club has been confirmed in a statement released on their Facebook account on Wednesday.
Five players released by Ubon UMT are Mark Hartmann, Nattapon Tabtanon, Tawan Hantamley, Suchart Chayyai and Ekkapob Sanitwong. Noticeably, Mark Hartmann is the club’s top scorer with five goals to his name.
On his personal Instagram account, the Filipino also released a personal statement giving thanks to Ubon UMT for the opportunity.
Ubon UMT have suffered 10 defeats in a row in the ongoing Thai League 1, sitting 17th out of the 18-team league.
