Spanish giants Real Madrid will start their trophy tour in Melbourne this June, according to report from the AAP.
This week, former Real Madrid star Ronaldo was in Melbourne on Wednesday to announce the “Real Madrid World of Football Experience”.
This Melbourne exhibition will start a five-year global tour of the club’s trophies.
According to the Los Blancos‘ plan, Melbourne Museum has been chosen to house a collection of interactive experiences and the soccer heavyweight’s trophies, including 12 European Championships, 33 La Liga wins, the Ballon d’Or, the Golden Boot and the FIFA Club of the Century.
The tour has been funded by the Victorian government.
