K League 1 Matchday 3, or days of goalkeepers

1. The Best Match

The best match of this round was between Ulsan Hyundai and Jeju United. Ulsan had won only once during the past seven matches since the season started. Jeju United had never won in five games in March.

Both teams were desperate. Jeju recorded 14 attempts with eight on target while five by Ulsan with two on target. Jeju utilised Set piece opportunities well as well with 28 free kick chances and five corners.

But Ulsan’s goalkeeper Oh Seung-hoon was as solid as wall. In the second half, Kim Seung-jun and Richard from Ulsan got sent off. Oh kept nine-men Jeju safe, though, until 91 minutes. Ryu Seung-woo who was substituted in during the second half broke the defense and found the net in the 91th minute, which decided the result.
