Since Korea’s captain Ki Sung-yueng recovered from injury, he has lived up to his nickname “Mr Key.” Ki’s goal and assist against West Ham proved it again.
In Swansea’s league match, Ki, after receiving Andre Ayew’s pass, shot into the corner in the 8th minute. On 31 minutes, he assisted Mike van der Hoorn’s header with the corner. This is the second time Ki has recorded one goal and one assist in his journey in EPL. The first time he did so was four years ago in January 2014 against Fulham.
Andy King and Ayew added their names on the scoreboard in the second half as well. With this, Carvalhal’s side moved out of the relegation zone and are now up to 13th in the table, three points off the 18th-placed Crystal Palace.
