Chiang Rai United decide against registering Kyaw Ko Ko for AFC Champions League qualifier

Chiang Rai United have not registered Myanmar star Kyaw Ko Ko in the official squad for AFC Champions League qualifier on Tuesday.

Their foreign player quota will be Cleiton Silva, Gilberto Machena, Vitor Cardozo, and Lee Yong-Rae for Asian quota.

Thai League 1 side will face Indonesia Liga 1’s runner-ups Bali United on Tuesday’s AFC Champions League qualifier.

Kyaw Ko Ko has joined Chiangrai United with a one-year loan from Yangon United.

The 25-year-old striker made his unofficial debut for Chiang Rai United in a friendly match against Port FC.

The match’s official time ended in an endless draw, but Chiang Rai United was eliminated in the penalty shoot-out.
