Angers set sight on Thai goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan – Reports

French Ligue 1 side Angers are considering on Muangthong United number 1 goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan, as reported by Thai media.

Thailand national team’s first choice goalkeeper is also believed to be wanted by Angers, who are currently standing at the 16th position on Ligue 1 table.

Earlier last month, Kawin was reported to soon leave Muangthong for Japan’s J-League, where he had been caught the attention of Vegalta Sendai, Shimizu S-Pulse, and Consadole Sapporo.

In 2010, the 27-year-old was offered a trial by English Premier League giants Manchester United on the recommendation of former captain Bryan Robson.

However, he broke his wrist, causing him to be out of action for months.
