J.League clubs consider making a bid for Thailand goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan

Thailand goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan has drawn attention from three J.League clubs, namely Vegalta Sendai, Shimizu S-Pulse and Consadole Sapporo, according to reports from Thailand.

Currently, Kawin has been playing for Thai League 1 powerhouse Muangthong United. He has been the infrequent captain for the national football team. His spectacular flying saves and consistency have proven himself to be one of the top goalkeepers in the region.

In 2010, the 27-year-old was offered a trial from English Premier League giants Manchester United on the recommendation of former captain Bryan Robson.

However, he broke his wrist, causing him to be out of action for months, ending his hopes of at England.
