The Philippines head coach Thomas Dooley becomes cautious ahead of the 2019 Asian Cup qualifying rematch against Yemen on 10 October.
“It is a difficult and very important game for us. Yemen is a strong team and right behind us in the rankings. Those games are always tied,” Dooley said, as quoted by SunStar.
“I hope we can put the same pressure like we did in the first half and try to test the goalkeeper a little more often,” he added.
The Philippines flew to Doha on Tuesday night to undergo a one-week camp in preparation for the Yemen clash.
In the first-legged match, the Azkals were held to a 2-2 draw by the Yemenis on 5 September in Bacolod.
