Malaysia shift focus to Hong Kong after North Korea qualifier postponed

Malaysia head coach Eduardo Vingada has shifted his focus to Hong Kong after their 2019 Asian Cup qualifier against North Korea in Pyongyang on Oct 5 has been postponed.

After the announcement by Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) was issued on Thursday, the Portuguese has to prepare the team for the match against Hong Kong, which will be played at the Hong Kong Stadium on Oct 10.

In the home-leg on 6 September, Malaysia drew 1-1 with Hong Kong at the Hang Jebat Stadium in Melaka.

As reported by The Star, the national players will be training at Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya on 4 October and leave for Hong Kong two days later.
