Thai referee Pummarin Khamruen will officiate the V-League match between Hanoi FC and QNK Quang Nam at Hang Day Stadium on Saturday.
Quang Nam and Hanoi are occupying the two top spots in V-League standings with two games left, so this match is considered the “early final” of this season.
The visitors Quang Nam are the favorites to win. With three points ahead Hanoi, coach Hoang Van Phuc and his side will be crowned with V-League title if they can earn three points from this crucial battle.
Pummarin is a FIFA-level referee. The 30-year-old had officiated matches in Vietnam, including U-23 and the national team. He arrived in Vietnam on Friday and finishes his work three days later.
