Lionel Messi blasts Barcelona after Luis Suarez exit

Lionel Messi has again singled out the Barca board in his cross-sights and fired a direct salvo after seeing his bosom buddy and strike partner of 6 years, Luis Suarez, being unceremoniously evicted in an abject manner not befitting his stature and depart for Atletico Madrid.

The barcelona captain and talisman has been neither afraid nor bashful in venting his frustrations and open displeasure at the club this season and has again seen it fit to lash out with unabated fervor at the Barca boardroom manipulators in a goodbye post to Suarez on Instagram.

“I had already begun to imagine it but today I went into the dressing room and it truly dawned on me. It’s going to be so difficult to not continue to share every day with you both on the pitches and away from them.

“We’re going to miss you so much. We spent many years together, many mates, many lunches and many dinners. So many things we will never forget, all the time we spent together.

“It will be strange to see you in another shirt and much more to come up against you on the pitch. You deserved a farewell that fit with who you are: one of the most important players in the history of the club. Someone who achieved great things for the team and on an individual level.

“You did not deserve for them to throw you out like they did. But the truth is that at this stage nothing surprises me anymore.”

An emotional, tearful Suarez bade goodbye to Barcelona on Thursday after sealing a switch to Atletico Madrid. The Uruguay international had made it clear previously he had wanted to stay and see out his contract but was told he’s not by new boss Ronald Koeman that the latter has no place for him in his plans for the future.

Barca’s deluded duo, Bartomeu and Koeman, must be really out of their frigging minds to think that they can actually trample on Barca’s third-highest goal scorer who’s the talisman’s universally-established sidekick and trusted partner in their goal-scoring adventures and just walk away without expecting any repercussions or retaliation.

Salut, Lio!
