Unbeaten Champions: Top Ten Asian ‘Invincibles’ of The Decade

Al-Ahed (Lebanon)

Al-Ahed was undefeated in 22 matches in the 2017-18 Lebanese Premier League, winning 16 games and scoring an impressive 50 goals. This was a special achievement after having previously won titles in the 2016-17 and 2018-19 seasons. The Yellow Castle also won the 2019 AFC Cup for the first time, defeating North Korean side Club April 25 in the final.

Ceres-Negros (Philippines)

The Busmen are very strong on their home soil and last year they made a perfect performance as they were undefeated in all local matches starting from the 2019 Philippines Football League season and the 2019 Copa Paulino Alcantara, winning both championships. Last season invincibles stories not only happened in the Philippines but also in Oman with Dhofar Club, who were undefeated in 26 games, and in Guam with NAPA Rovers’ run of no defeats in 21 games.
