Kim Min-Jae Hints at Move to Europe During Winter Transfer Window

Beijing Guoan and South Korea international defender Kim Min-Jae has revealed his plans to move to a European club in the winter transfer window.

The 23-year-old center-back is very highly rated in Korea and has established himself as a key player for the Taeguk Warriors.

Widely expected to move to Premier League side Watford before the start of 2019, Kim instead traded Jeonbuk for Beijing, where he became a crucial part of Beijing Guoan’s title charge in the Chinese Super League.

However, after just one season with the Imperial Guards, Kim Min-Jae has his sights set on a move to Europe, as he indicated in an Instagram post after winning the 2019 EAFF Championships with South Korea earlier this month.

It remains to be seen whether Watford rekindle their interest in the defender, or if he finds another destination for his immense talents in Europe.
