K League 1 table leader, Ulsan Hyundai FC invite the defending champion, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC to the Ulsan stadium today. This might well be the final episode of 2019 K League 1 ‘Game of Thrones’.

The home team is three points ahead of the travelers on the table and today’s win will confirm the Horang-I’s first league title in 14 years.

The players are in high spirits to confirm their championship. In an interview with ‘KBS’, one of the biggest South Korean television networks, Ulsan’s captain Kim Bo-kyung said: “We are all focused on preparing ourselves to the best we could. No words can describe my determination.”

The K League 1 MVP nominee also provoked the opponent: “I wish Lee Dong-gook (Jeonbuk’s forward) would witness my celebration at Ulsan.”

Two teams’ head-to-head history records at 36 wins 25 draws and 35 loses for Ulsan, proving the neck-and-neck competition.

Now, all eyes are on Ulsan stadium. It has been announced that all online tickets have been sold out.

The game that may well mark the end of this season’s title race kicks off at 15:00(Korea time) today.
