Iran national team former No.1 Alireza Haghighi has Joined Iran Pro league club Nassaji Qaemshahr.
Haghighi had been Iran first choice keeper at 2014 World Cup and 2015 AFC Asian cup but his peripatetic career in different clubs with inauspicious appearances cost his place in Iran squad for Russia World Cup.
In recent seasons there were many speculation about his return to Iran football and finally northern club Nassaji have recruited him with one-year contract.
Nassaji were defeated 4-0 by Tractur sazi on Monday and this has convinced the club to sign a new goalkeeper.
Qaemshahr’s side have conceded 14 goals in 7 matches and drop to 9th place after recent loss.
