Chinese Super League could be the next destination for the career of Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke, according to Evening Standard.
The English news outlet claimed Crystal Palace were willing to sell Benteke this summer, leaving the striker with an uncertain future after he was left out of Belgium’s World Cup squad.
Benteke has received many lucrative offers from the Far East, including a bid of Beijing Guoan last year, despite his poor form for Palace last season.
The 2y-year-old cored just three goals last season and Palace want to recoup around £20 million of the £27 million they paid to Liverpool to get him in summer of 2016.
Benteke started his career in Belgium before moving to Aston Villa in 2012. His energetic performances at Villa Park earned him a big-money move to Liverpool in 2015.
However, after joining Palace from Liverpool a year later, he has failed to deliver.
