Chaowat Veerachat has been set to join J-League 1 side Cerezo Osaka on a loan deal for the next season, according to reports from Thailand.
Bangkok Glass and Cerezo Osaka have reportedly reached an agreement but still waiting to negotiate some conditions.
The deal has been likely to be concluded after Cerezo play the Emperor’s Cup final, which will take place next Monday, to get next year’s AFC Champions League ticket.
Being trained in Buriram United youth academy, Chaowat joined Bangkok Glass earlier this year on a four-year deal. The 21-year-old was sent to the training with Cerezo few weeks after joining the Thai League 1 side.
Following the success of Chanathip Songkrasin at Consadole Sapporo, many of Thai players have been tipped to join him in Japan, including the likes of Chaowat Veerachat, Teerasil Dangda and Theerathon Bunmathan.
