Irfan Bachdim has agreed to extend his contract with Bali United for another three years, keeping him at the club until 2020.
The deal comes after Laskar Serdadu Tridatu missed out to clinch the Indonesian Liga 1 title as they finished this season as runners-up, losing to champions Bhayangkara FC on head-to-head record.
“Everyone know Irfan Bachdim played very well in this season. He has a strong commitment to stay at Bali United and play together with us in the next season,” Yabes Tanuri, CEO of Bali United, told reporters.
The 30-year-old former Ventforet Kofu dan Consadole Sapporo forward scored nine goals in his 30 appearances in Liga 1 this season.
