Indonesian young striker Sutan Diego Armando Ondriano Zico has admitted it would be a dream for him to join Persipura Jayapura.
The 15-year-old has burst onto the scene in international level recently, scoring ten goals for Indonesia U-16 side which led him to become top scorer in the 2018 AFC U-16 Championship qualification.
His performances have led to the several Indonesian clubs being linked with the teenager, but he could reject all offers in favour of a move to Persipura.
“If I get an opportunity to choose, I would like to play for Persipura along with Boaz,” Sutan Zico told Indonesian Liga 1’s official website.
Sutan Zico also revealed his admiration for Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski as a role model for his football career.
“Foreign players? I admire Robert Lewandowski,” he said.
The Jakarta-born youngster is yet to start his professional career. He previously trained at JSSL Chelsea football academy in Indonesia.
