Vietnam Football Federation have officially announced the venue for Vietnam’s 2019 Asian Cup Qualifier Group C match against Cambodia at home on 10 October.
According to the official announcement by VFF, My Dinh national stadium, which is located in capital Hanoi, has been chosen as the venue for this crucial clash.
Vietnam football governing body explained that the Asian Cup qualifier, which takes place on the same day with the Hanoi Liberation day, will aim to celebrate the commemoration of the nation’s capital.
In the first match between the two teams on 5 September, a late winner from Quang Hai gave Vietnam a hard-fought three points in Cambodia.
This crucial victory edges the Golden Stars into the second spot in Group C, with two points behind leaders Jordan.
