Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted he never seriously considered leaving Borussia Dortmund for the Chinese Super League.
“China, I didn’t take it seriously, it was a lack of professionalism,” Aubameyang told RMC on Thursday.
“They delayed to send us a written offer, it was a disaster.”
The 28-year-old had been liked with a move to Chinese Super League’s side Tianjin Quanjian on a big-money deal in this summer before deciding to stay at Bundesliga’s side.
Recently, Tianjin Quanjian have denied rumors that they are set to renew their interest in Borussia Dortmund star.
