Alfred Riedl has rejected offers from three Indonesian clubs, according to the exclusive interview between the former Vietnam and Indonesia head coach and The Thao & Van Hoa Newspaper.
Since his contract with the Indonesia national team was expired, Riedl still has not found a new job. The Austrian wants to spend more time with his family.
“I am very healthy now, spending six days a week playing golf and enjoying life. In the last three months, I have rejected the offer from three clubs in Indonesia, “Riedl told The Thao Van Hoa reporters.
Nevertheless, Riedl admitted he still had the desire to guide a team and promised to return to coaching position next year.
“But by 2018, if I get an offer from another club or football federation, I will not refuse,” he said.
