Vietnam U22 to play two friendly games in South Korea ahead of SEA Games

Vietnam U22 will have two friendly matches during their training in Mokpo International Football Center, South Korea in preparation for the next month’s SEA Games.

Reportedly, Korea Football Association (KFA) will provide a comprehensive support for Vietnam U22 during their training in Korea since KFA President Chung Monggyu asserted his interest in Vietnam’s football and undertook to enhance the relationship between the two countries in football.

The Young Golden Stars will first play Mokpo City FC on 5 August. The next rivals will be the K-League Challenge side Busan FC four days later.

According to plan, coach Nguyen Huu Thang and Vietnam U-22 will go into training sessions in Korea from 30 July 30 to 11 August.

Afterward, the team will go to Malaysia to take part in SEA Games 2017.
