Vietnam Under-17 national football team have gained a comfortable 4-0 win over Cambodia in the international friendly game in Phnom Penh on 21 June.
Under the pressure of Cambodia crowd at Olympic stadium, U-17 Vietnam still controlled the speed of the game and did not offer any clear opportunity for their opponents.
Khac Khiem fired the away team in front in the 28th minute before Le Van Do double the lead for The Young Golden Stars right before the half-time with a stunning volley.
In the second half, U-17 Cambodia managed to turn around the deficit in their home soil by speeding up the attacking power of the team.
However, their rush to find a goal created many spaces in defense side, which allowed Vietnam players to take advantage of.
Two additional goals scored by Hong Son in the 62nd minute and Tan Thanh in the 89th minute rounded up a 4-0 victory for Vietnam.
