According to reports from Thailand, Sukhothai FC have completed the signing of former Hoang Anh Gia Lai midfielder Masaaki Ideguchi.
Ideguchi has searched for a new club since leaving Vietnamese club Hoang Anh Gia Lai earlier in the season.
The 29-year-old joined the Vietnam club from J2 League Yokohama FC in 2015 as a part of the deal which saw youngster Nguyen Tuan Anh joining the Japanese club. Ideguchi helped the team avoid relegation last season.
The defensive midfielder played in 33 matches and scored three goals for Hoang Anh Gia Lai.
