Li Jinyu is the top goalscorer in Chinese professional league history and has won the Golden Boot Award three times in the process by netting 74 goals in his 6 years with Shandon Luneng.
In 2004, Shandong Luneng paid 4,900,000 yuan to make him the most expensive signing in Chinese football transfer history at the time.
